IMPORTANT INFO

• We operate every day except the 30th of each month.
• Personalized attention with naturopathic biologists and bilingual guides.
• SAFETY NOTICE WHILE DIVING. Dives can only be made with our professional guide in groups of 2 persons per dive, so you have to take turns with the guide. Lifevest are mandatory, no exceptions. No children under 10 years can snorkel, but they can stay at the boat.
• DURATION. Duration starts when you leave the dock, it will take about 1 hour to get to the natural protected area of the Whale Shark, and another hour to get back to the dock or head to North Beach Isla Mujeres.
• UNLIMITED TIME DIVING. Unlimited time diving while being on the whale shark natural protected area during the duration of the rental. We recommend 2-3 hour diving.
